Household Goods is looking for a full-time Volunteer Coordinator to work Tuesday – Saturday. The ideal candidate is someone who embraces our mission of helping people in need, is energized by a fast paced, dynamic environment and who can successfully manage multiple priorities. This position is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing training and leadership opportunities for volunteers. They will also coordinate volunteer groups and volunteers participating at community events.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience volunteer management, training, teaching, coaching, customer service or related activities.
- Proficiency and comfort learning and using a variety of computer programs
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, outgoing, and self-starting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
